Do you want your partner to stay fit and healthy? Perhaps you enjoy working out together. Maybe you go on walks, hikes, or to the gym together. For those couples out there that have found a way to stay fit and healthy by working out together, hands down to you! One of the best ways a couple can stay fit and in shape is when they work out together. It can be incredibly motivating when you know you're both in it together. However, there are some people out there that want their partner to look athletic and sexy, but they don't choose to work out at all. This article is for the people that are dating or in a relationship with someone that doesn't stay in shape, while they do.
Like I mentioned in the first paragraph, you can do something as simple as going on a walk together. You don't necessarily have to work out together, to work out. No fellas, intimacy in the bedroom does not count, despite all of the studies shown how great of a workout that can be. I'm well aware of the studies and I believe them to be true, but we're talking about eating right and staying fit. As far as physical fitness, intimacy in the bedroom can't get your body to where it needs to be. When you work out, it's good for your body, mind, and soul. You can't expect to have a fabulous looking partner, when you're not willing to take care of yourself as well. Do you really want to be that super fat and unhealthy partner, while your love is some hot tamale that everyone else is craving! Start your workouts slow and build up to a regular work out, that you're comfortable with. You should want to be fit and healthy so that you live a long and happy life. Besides the fact that you should take care of yourself for own health, you should want to look good for your partner. Don't you want him/her to think of you not only as beautiful inside, but outside too? Yes, you do! I definitely recommend hiring a personal trainer. I'm not sure what city you're living in, but if you're in Los Angeles County, Gerald Ang is the best in the business!
Physical fitness is half of the battle. Another important way of staying fit and healthy is eating right. I'm not going to go into what you should eat and what diets you should and shouldn't try. In this article, I'm merely suggesting that you eat healthy. Drink a lot of water and try to eat smaller portions. It's true what they say, you are what you eat. Stay away from all fried and fast foods if you can. If you look at the crowd that goes into fast food restaurants, and you want to look like them, eat fast food. But, if the thought of looking like that makes you sick to your stomach, then eat healthy and stay away from fast food. My diet consists of 90% nutritious, healthy food and 10% crap. I believe you should indulge when you crave something. There's just no need to go overboard. Moderation is the key to life. Once again I'm going to use the saying, short-term light, long-term darkness. You're going to enjoy this food for a minute and you'll have to pay for it later by becoming overweight and unhealthy. Unhealthy foods can even make you break out. Gross! Nothings worse than adult acne! I know, I've had it!
So now you know how important it is to eat right and stay fit. As well, you realize the importance of not being the only one dating someone or in a relationship, that's staying fit. Set an example and eat right and work out. Try to inspire your partner and have them join you on your walk or run. Go for a romantic walk by the beach or take a stroll on the town after dinner. It can be quite romantic to walk together. Either way, it's so important to be supportive of each other no matter what. You should never put down the person you're dating or in a relationship with for being heavy or overweight. Putting someone down just makes them stubborn, upset, and doesn't inspire them to want to work out and eat better. Definitely remember to give positive reinforcement for any efforts in improving their health. Stay healthy, supportive, and go have a great workout!
