Los Angeles Lakers vs. New Orleans Pelicans

Los Angeles Lakers are going to dominate this Pelicans team. This is my prediction. Good News. Kobe's in the game! Kobe gets his first assist early, giving the ball to Ed Davis with an and 1. Kobe's playing really well, between facilitating and getting his teammates the ball. But, he can't do it by himself. His teammates have to make their shots. Tarik Black is not in the game after spraining his ankle Monday night. I just saw some old school Kobe dancing on the floor and hitting a nice shot. Beautiful! Loving glimpses of "The Great Mamba" from back in the day. Ed David is really starting to impress me. He really gives it his all. He plays aggressive basketball, despite sometimes having lower stats. He's truly a good addition to this Lakers team. Another milestone for Kobe Bryant tonight. It's Kobe's 1500th game. The Lakers have 4 turnovers. Going into the second quarter with a score of 20-22 Pelicans.

For the most part of the second quarter the score remained pretty close. So far the Lakers have traveled the ball three times already tonight and there's 3:50 left in the half. Kobe has had about 5 assists lost because the Lakers keep missing their shots. This is exactly why Kobe should shoot the ball more. Going into halftime with a score of 44-43 Lakers

Going into the third quarter, Kobe finally gets his second assist of the game. Anthony Davis is just 3/9 from the floor. As Stu Lanz just put it, "I just saw some vintage Bryant." Kobe just made an awesome dunk. I just heard the news that Tarik Black now wants to be called Boom Boom. It seems like whenever someone comes to play for the Lakers, within a short time of playing, they want to change their name or desire a swaggy, new nickname. Heading to the fourth the Pelicans are leading by 1.

Jeremy Lin has four steals tonight. The Lakers have a ten point deficit halfway through the fourth quarter. Nick Young is 3/11. Anthony Davis is playing an incredible game. He's so talented. The Black Mamba is about to come back into the game and he looks revived from sitting out for a few. We've gotta turn this game around and quickly. Kobe hits a jump shot. It's so on right now! Watch out when Kobe gets that look in his eye. Kobe is just not shooting enough to establish a stable rhythm. In my opinion, he's resting too much. Disappointed. Final score 96-80 Pelicans take the win. Kobe stats were 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Jordan Hill had 15 points, 13 rebounds, and 1 assist.  Nick Young had 9 points, 1 rebound, and 1 assist. #GoLakers
